John Brooks and Brian Wiser have completed the full manual for the VidHD, a feature-rich HDMI video card for the Apple II made by Blue Shift Inc. Additionally, John selected A.P.P.L.E. as the official host for the manual and future firmware updates. A bug in Facetime which allowed users to listen in on their contacts without the contact answering a call forced Apple, Inc. into firefighting mode today. Facetime Group Conferencing was taken offline and according to the status website is still offline. They include: “[Bug #599] Fix for Ultima V not loading in Authentic Speed mode (regression introduced at 1.27.9.0).
