Over the years, The A.P.P.L.E. software library had dozens of titles on a regular basis thanks to the generosity of Apple Computer, Inc., The founding members of A.P.P.L.E., and programmers from all over the world.  

A.P.P.L.E. would always give contracts to the best authors and would make a nice profit for many programmers who would generally not have a voice.  Many of those programmers have gone on to bigger and better things.  But most got their start here.
