Apple Takes Down Facetime Due to Bug

A bug in Facetime which allowed users to listen in on their contacts without the contact answering a call forced Apple, Inc. into firefighting mode today. Facetime Group Conferencing was taken offline and according to the status website is still offline. The San Jose Mercury News is reporting that what everyone feared has come to pass; Steve Jobs’ home is now a historic landmark.  Designation was passed by the Los Altos Historical Commission due to the homes association with Steve Jobs.  Apparently it was a unanimous vote when the home came up for designation.
