Call-A.P.P.L.E. magazine was the brain child of Val J. Golding, the founder of A.P.P.L.E..  Each month, he would piece together bits of news from Apple Computer, Inc. and other companies in the Apple world and publish Call-A.P.P.L.E. magazine, distributing a copy to each member of the users group.  

A huge undertaking, the magazine grew like the group in leaps and bounds and was at one time reaching more than 100,000 readers all over the world.
