Wordperfect for the Apple IIgs has been public domain since 1997 according to posts in the CSA2.
The fix in the new Version 2.21b involves performing a year check prior to doing anything, displaying the proper century and then the correct year. The old version would just place a 19 in the century placement and jump to the display routine.
