This morning our team was performing our usual weekend maintenance in preparation for our upcoming January system Migration. Unfortunately, during that maintenance, many user ID’s were deleted. Since we were trying to eliminate some of the 40,000 plus spam accounts that had infiltrated the system, we have decided that doing a restore would not be the best option. Please try your account first and if login does not work then it would likely be that your account was among the deleted accounts. For those users whose accounts were deleted, we would ask that you re-create them. We will be sure to approve them as soon as possible.
This memo does not apply to our Member’s section which uses a separate membership database. A.P.P.L.E. Members will find that their accounts will still work on the Members section login.
