This is the RAMX128K RAM Card from JDMicro.com and designed by Dean Claxton and Jeff Mazur. These cards are being sold by ReativeMicro. Itty-Btty-Vtty Version 1.06 Released

Kelvin sherlock announced a new release of the Itty-Btty-Vtty vt100 emulator for the Apple IIGS. The update fixes an auto-repeat (DECARM) bug introduced in the previous release. Itty-Btty-Vtty is a standard vt100, with the modem port set to 9600 baud, 8-N-1 (These are the MAME emulator defaults). The entire vt100 emulator is based on information found in the User Guide. Ample 0.269 Released

The MAC OS X based Ample MAME interface has been updated.   Kelvin Sherlock, the curator of the Ample Interface introduced additional support for the retro Macintosh Portables. The wonderful DreamGrafix paint program by Jason Andersen has been updated.  The DreamWorld portion of the package is now at version 1.02+ and according to the Facebook posting by Brutal Deluxe’s Antoine Vignau, it now loads LZ4 256/3200 color picture files.
