This is a nifty little Mac OS X app that both average folks as well as Network Administrators will appreciate. If you have ever been in a position where the network suddenly got slow and you wondered if possibly someone else was using your WiFi, then this is the app for you.
Created by IO3O LLC, the Who Is On My WiFi app shows you all of the devices that are currently using the network. The app runs by doing in initial scan of your network. Upon completion, it will give you a list of all of the iP’s and devices using those IP’s on your network. Further scans would show any addition devices.
While it is nice to know if there is any unauthorized traffic on a network, this tool would be even more useful if it had the ability to block those unauthorized users. However, at this time, the tool is just an informational tool.
