Dear Apple Owner:
The purpose of this letter is to form an Apple computer users group, as indicated by the tentative name above, and to further the exchange of information and programs of interest to Apple Users.

A preliminary meeting has been set for 7pm Thursday, February 16th at Computerland, 1500 S. 336th St., Federal Way, Wa. 98003 (Phones 927-8585 and 838-9363)

Unfortunately, I do not have the time available to continue this project beyond the formative stage; therefore the first order of business will be (hopefully) to find someone who can. I see this group as a very useful organization and I will certainly be available for assistance.

The APPLE goals, as conceived, should include establishing a software library for exchanging programs on a cost-only basis, Programming assistance, the exchange of information on Apple-compatible equipment and periferals[sic] and the publication of a brief newsletter as a medium for some of the above items.

You are urged, therefore, to attend this meeting, and if for any reason you can not attend but are interested in this group, please contact me for further details as the develope[sic].
