A posting on Mobileread.com is suggesting that Version 3.3 of Requiem by the hacker “Brahms” is capable of removing Apple’s DRM from iTunes and iBooks. While the software has been capable of iTunes DRM removal for some time, this is the first time that it can also crack the iBooks format as well. This type of hack does not bode well for Apple or those authors who are trying to make money from the Apple Book Store, as users would…

Don’t Run With a Plasma Sword (DRWAPS for short) is a high paced action game in which you are out to save the world from the alien invaders. You jump, slide, dive and run through the levels, gathering stars, killing the aliens, and avoiding the pitfalls of running on a path which is not conducive to running. While this game is not only addicting and invigorating, the sounds from the game make it as thrilling as any B science fiction…
A photo on the Daily, a news site covering a variety of topics, claims to be the next generation Microsoft Office Suite for the iPad. While not all that far fetched since One Note was released for the iPad, the fact that Microsoft would want to go beyond the On Live concept with their iPad based application seems a bit preposterous. With On Live, the control is all in the network, however, with an actual App, Microsoft loses all control…

Not exactly new or the latest and greatest, however, the App does what it claims to do and we figured this one deserved a closer look. Over the past two months, we have used a number of devices trying to emulate the capabilities of AirPlay to Apple TV. Nothing…
While the preparations for Apple’s next major OS upgrade have gone on quietly for some time now, the way Apple is treating its latest addition to the Apps of Mac OS X is anything but quiet. Messages replaces your iVhat client and it allows you to make…

Program: Pinball Arcade Version: 1.0.8 Size: 17.5 MB Language: English Seller: FarSight Studios URL: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/pinball-arcade-free/id497189134?mt=8 After months of being hyped by many in the media, the biggest bust of the year must be Pinball Arcade by Farsight Studios. I was totally looking forward to playing some of the pinball games from over the years that have long left arcades everywhere for pinball graveyards. However, one should have been forewarned by the name of the publisher, which leads right into the…
