Kansasfest 2015 Ends with Dates for 2016 Announced

Kansasfest 2015 has ended as one of the more successful gatherings in the past 20 years.  With 76 attendees, this event continues to prove that the Apple II computer is not dead and that there is a lot more life in those computers.

A.P.P.L.E. thanks those who attended our session this past Saturday at the event and for the input provided during the session.  We look forward to attending the 2016 rendition with even more product announcements and seeing all the wonderful people who attended this year.

The kansasfest Committee also made it clear that the 2016 rendition of Kansasfest is a go and announced the dates for the event as being July 19-24, 2016.  For more information on the next Kansasfest, stay tuned to the Kansasfest website at:

A.P.P.L.E. Chairman of the Board and Club president -- Bill worked for the founder, Val J. Golding and A.P.P.L.E. from 1981 to 1982. In 1999, he began archiving the materials which were distributed and sold by A.P.P.L.E.. That project led to the group that remained of A.P.P.L.E. Bill was involved in the financial industry in Tokyo and has over 20 major office infrastructure projects to his name. In March 2001, he retired to write books and to spend more time pursuing personal interests. As the president of the users group, Bill is in charge of distribution of Call-A.P.P.L.E. magazine as well as the organization of this web site. Bill currently resides in Tokyo, Japan and Shelton, Wa splitting time between the places.
