Welcome to Spring 2021. In honor of a friend of the program’s birthday and the new beginnings that await us all, A.P.P.L.E. is having a book giveaway. The books have been kindly donated by the birthday boy himself. Since he is in the giving mood and feels it is better to give than receive, he has graciously donated two copies of The WOZPAK Special Edition.
You can Register by sending an email here!
If you have not seen the The WOZPAK Special Edition, it is a wonderful compilation of original documents created by Apple co-founder, Steve Wozniak, along with a host of other Apple legends including: Randy Wigginton, Andy Hertzfeld, Keith Walls, Robert Clardy, Allen Baum, Val Golding, Don Williams, Bob Huelsdonk, and Wendell Sander. Many of the notes seen in the book are original typed or hand written documents and drawings, detailing the Apple-1 and Apple II Computers. The WOZPAK Special Edition also includes forwards from six of the legends whose work is included in the book.
The Book comes in three formats: Paperback, Hardback and Coil Bound. You get to choose the format you receive upon notification of being the winner.
But that is not all. We have decided that we will be actually be having three winners. The first and second place folks will be getting the book as well as a one year membership to A.P.P.L.E. and of course all the glory that goes with that. However, the third place person, will not go home empty handed. They will receive an A.P.P.L.E. Membership good for one year.
This is a unique opportunity to own a wonderful piece of Apple computing history. But hurry, your registration for the giveaway must be received by midnight PDT, 31 May 2021.
The winner will be chosen by an Apple II program run by a third party with the results of the program run being recorded for all to see. The results will be posted on the A.P.P.L.E. website during the first week of June!
This contest is open to all who are interested in receiving a copy of this wonderful book! To enter the 2021 Spring Giveaway, you must register by 31 May 2021.
