Apple Begins Taking Pre-Orders for iPhone 4S

Apple turned on its ordering system for the new iPhone 4S early this morning.  The new phone which was announced at this past week’s event at the Apple headquarters.   This pre-ordering allows users who absolutely have to have the iPhone 4S a chance to claim their own copy of the latest model.

The new iPhone 4S is expected to ship with iOS 5, the latest version of Apple’s iPhone / iPad operating system.  With the way that Apple’s and Sprint’s servers have been lagging once ordering began, it seems that the unit is extremely popular already.  Apple has also tempted more users with it’s new pricing scheme with the 16gb model starting at $199 USD.  The 64gb model is the highest end model and it will sell for $399.
