Chalres Mangin of Option8 and Retroconnector fame has posted a YouTube video outlining the steps for repairing an Apple //e keyboard. In the video he covers basic level keyboard switch replacement as well as a method for replacing the power-on bulb with a modern LED.

Some of the points of his video include using a solder sucker over copper mesh, the need for care in not over heating the solder during removal and adding a bit of solder to the point before de-soldering the contacts.  According to the video, Charles plans on including key switch disassembly in a future video.

The video has a running time of 16:45, is well worth the time and gives the viewer a great place to start in Apple //e Keyboard Repair procedures.
