Brutal Deluxe software has announced the release of PicViewer version 1.07 for the Apple IIGS. This version of Pic Viewer includes a major bug fix in the program. PicViewer was one of the first extensions written by Brutal Deluxe software for the Apple IIGS System 6 FinderExtras. PicViewer will handle picture viewing up to 3200 colors. The Ample MAME Emulator Interface has been updated. Ample is a graphical emulation interface specifically tuned for those users running MAC OS and includes easy to use interfaces for a number of retro computing platforms including Apple II, Atari ST, BBC Micro, Commodore among others. Programmer Robert Baruch of Mountain View, California, has announced the complete reverse engineering of the game Lode Runner for the Apple II series.
