Apple Store now down in anticipation of new products

Apple has shut down their Store (http://store.apple.com) in preparation for the upcoming announcements of new products.  We can only assume that the new product is the iPhone 5 as that is what Apple has told us that today’s event is about.  Any other goodies they decide to add will just be icing on the cake.

This shut down has become commonplace with each event Apple has held in the past several years and thus is no real surprise.
