Paul Hagstrom has updated his Apple II DSK to Prodos Ord (PO) disk converter. The converter, written entirely in Python, allows users to convert the disks by mapping the sectors in a .dsk (DOS-order, .do) files into those of a .po (ProDOS-order) file. A version of the ZX Spectrum game, Manic Miner has been released by StewBC. This initial version incorporates all of the features of the original Manic Miner but on the Apple II, uses a screen scrolling feature in order to get the entire game board on the screen. Jeff Jetton has made the most of his past month and come up with a proverbial classic game for the Apple-1. 15 Puzzle for the Apple-1 is available in three flavors including a Javascript version which is compatible with Will Scullin’s Apple-1 Emulator via the Apple Tape format.
