CUI Errors in Some Users Upgrade to Mac OS X 10.7.3

Many users are reporting that they are experiencing some issues with the latest version of Mac OS X.  Apple, Inc. rolled out Mac OS X 10.7.3 yesterday and although most users had no issues, there were a good number who are experiencing a CUI Error with the upgrade. Apple Stock off slightly in Pre-market Trading

Adonit Coporation Makes JotStudio Free for 1 Week

JotStudio is an application specifically made to the allow precision drawing using Jot by Adonit.  The application lets you take note and draw in the application, arranging photos and other media around the drawing.  While you can draw badly by hand, having a Jot or JotPro stylus is really your best bet. iPad3 to have A6 Chip and 4G Data

A report on the Boy Genius Reports website this morning is showing photos of a purported screenshot from code showing Apple’s next generation iPad.   According to the report, the iPad 3 will contain Apple’s A6 Chip and will also be quad core.   The new iPad will also be compatible with GSM, CDMA, and LTE networks of all major phone carriers.   This would likely include the latest 4G networks as well. Are there two Apple Events on the schedule now?

Apple to Appeal iPad Name Rights Case in China

Apple lost a decision last month in Shenzhen Province Court regarding the iPad naming rights in mainland China.  The original filer of the name, Proview, apparently still owns the legal rights to the name iPad, in spite of their Taiwan subsidiary having sold the name to a British company, IP Applications.  Apple purchased the name from IP Applications in 2010, however, according to Proview, they never transferred the name or the rights to the name. Angry Birds HD Updated to version 2.0.2

The High Definition version of the popular game Angry Birds has been updated.  Version 2.0.2 includes some minor improvements in the performance of the program.   This version was produced specifically for the iPad and now comes in English, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese , and Spanish. Apple Releases Airport Utility 6.0 for Mac OS X Lion

Apple has released an update to the Mac OS X Lion version of the Airport Utility.  Version 6.0 is now available for download from the Apple Support website. Also made available for download are the Airport Base Station and Time Capsule Firmware (7.6.1) and the Airport Utility 5.6 for Mac OS X Lion.  The 5.6 update includes a fix for an issue with netowrk passwords being stored in the keychain. Apple Employee No-Call Agreement Lawsuit Being Allowed to Proceed by Judge

Apple Inc. (AAPL) is one of five companies being named in a lawsuit, claiming they violated antitrust laws by colluding to not recruit employees from the other companies also named in the suit. Apple Stocks Open Pre-Market at near $459.00 USD per Share
