Brutal Deluxe Software Releases Dragon’s Lair GS Source Code

Brutal Deluxe Software has announced the release of the source code and the graphics data for the Apple IIgs version of the arcade game Dragon’s Lair. After releasing the game earlier this month, this most recent release is for the developer crowd. La Crapule Source Code Now Available

Brutal Deluxe Software has made the original source code for the French adventure game, Le Manoir de la Crapule, available for download. Originally written in 2017 by Antoine Vignau and Olivier Zardini, the engine in the game is an 8-bit engine which upports 40/80-col modes, loads pics from 40-col to SHR, recognizes three words within a 100-char sentence, and can run in 48K. Tom Harte has released an update for his ClockSignal multi-platform Emulator for Mac OS. The latest update resolves an issue which was preventing both the Apple IIe and the Enhanced Apple IIe emulations from detecting an attached floppy disk drive. Vince Weaver has released a “Proof of Consept” version of his Lemmings remake for the Apple II computer. Originally created in 1991, the game Lemmings was created for several platforms including the Apple IIgs.
