Chuck Peddle, the creator of the MOS Technology 6502 microprocessor has passed away at age 82. Peddle, originally on the Motorola team that developed the 6800 series chips, was determined to develop an inexpensive chip which did not cost $300 such as the Motorola 6809 did. Aaron Culliney has updated the release notes and source for version 2.1.0 of the Apple2ix Emulator for Android based devices. The emulator was developed originally to run on Android 4.0+ based devices also now runs on x86 and ARM Android devices, x64 macOS 10.9+, and x64 GNU/Linux.
